how is this legal?

Each package delivered contains the Certificate of Analysis (COA) approval document from the laboratory for the individual THCa flower strain purchased that explicitly states the THCa percentage, Delta-9 THC percentage, and the parent strains of the flower.  Each package will also contain legal documentation that includes the following lawful statements:

"This package contains lawful hemp.  It should not be detained."

"The hemp contained in this package is compliant with federal law and the laws of the state in which it was cultivated.  It has been tested for delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentrations.  The laboratory's Certificate of Analysis (COA) is enclosed.  As you will see, the delta-9 THC concentrations do not exceed 0.3%, which is the limit set by the Agricultural Act of 2014 (commonly known as the "2014 Farm Bill") and the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (commonly known as the "2018 Farm Bill").

"Current federal law specifically authorized interstate commerce in, and transportation of, hemp.  Section 10114 of the 2018 Farm Bill."
